Shipping FAQ

When should I expect my order to be shipped?

We do our best to package and ship orders the day they are recieved. Orders places before 2pm on in-stock/on hand items, will go out same day. Orders can take up to 3 days to ship.

Can I make changes to my order?

We can typically accomadate any changes to an unshipped order, if you need to make changes, please reach out to use as soon as you can. Message Us!

Where do you ship to?

Primarily we ship nation wide across Canada, but worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs will be calculated during check up automatically by our partnered couriers.

What are your shipping rates?

All of our shipping rates are calculates at the time of check out by our partnered courier providers.

Canada wide shipping is free on any order ove $500

What if my package is damaged during delivery?

If you ever receive a damaged product, please reach out to us as soon as possible at KnaveTCG@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and any photos you have of your problem. Include as much documentation as possible

so we can guarantee reimbursement for any damaged goods. 

Returns and Exchanges

Online Returns

Due to the nature of TCG products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any product that has a damaged seal. Exceptions may be made for packages damaged during the shipping process. 

On all Non-TCG related products, we are glad to offer returns, or exchanges on any unoped, unaltered product. Return shipping costs will be covered by KnaveTCG on any items being returned due to damage from shipping. 

Pre-Order FAQ

Product Availability

All orders and items on KnaveTCG are subject to product availability. The system may not accurately keep up with stock counts / sold items. If there is ever an issue with the stock or availability of an item you have ordered, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item, or arrive at another solution.

Items removed this way will not effect any Free Shipping or Discount promotions.

Pre-Order Cancelation and Stock Reduction

All Pre-Order cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from the amount returned. Any Pre-Order canceled by KnaveTCG will not result in any fees payable by the client.

Due to the nature and popularity of our carried products, orders may be subject to release delays, allocation issue, and or logistic and production factors outside the control of KnaveTCG. Any circumstance occuring outside our control, will not result in the circumventing of our cancellation policies.

Orders containing many copies of a single item may be subject to review, if the order is deemed to be for purposes or resale purposes, item quantities may be reduced. Any reductions made by members of KnaveTCG for this purpose may be subject to the 10% processing fee. The decision will be made at the discretion of staff management. 

When should I expect my Pre-Order to be shipped?

All orders containing Pre-Order items will be heald until the proper release dates. Once the product has arrived and received the green light to be sold and shipped, orders will be sent out in the order that they are received. 

Can my Pre-Order be sent in Segments

Should you wish to split your order up in smaller orders as allocation becomes available, you may do so. Reach out to us with your request and order number and we will make the arrangements. Each separate piece of the order will be subject to its varying shipping costs. 

When will a Pre-Order Item become Available?

Each item will have its own release date provided by the manufacturer/brand. When the [Pre-Order] text of an item has been removed, it will be available for release. Dates are subject to change due to errors or product delays.
