Returns
Due to the nature of TCG products and the value fluctuation of sealed vs unsealed we DO NOT accept returns on any TCG product. Return shipping on approved return orders will be the responsibility of the customer, exceptions may apply.
All cancellations by the customer on Pre-Orders will incur a 10% processing. The only cancellation exception is by store cancellation.
You may request your order to be shipped on split batches, this require additional shipping per split order at a discounted rate.
KnaveTCG reserves the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis based on allocation, quantities and other internal factors.
