Shipping fees are calculated at the time of check out and will vary based on the size and quantity of products. Multiple shipping options will be offered to give you the most affordable rates.
Free shipping is offered across Canada on all orders over $500
Returns
Due to the nature of TCG products and the value fluctuation of sealed vs unsealed we DO NOT accept returns on any TCG product. Return shipping on approved return orders will be the responsibility of the customer, exceptions may apply.
All cancellations by the customer on Pre-Orders will incur a 10% processing. The only cancellation exception is by store cancellation.
You may request your order to be shipped on split batches, this require additional shipping per split order at a discounted rate.
KnaveTCG reserves the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis based on allocation, quantities and other internal factors. You will be notified about any adjustments. If any purchased is deemed by KnaveTCG to be intended for immediate re-sale, the order is subject to price adjustments.
All Pre-Orders are subject to allocation and wave limits. Orders will be filled in the order they are received.
